We store the video series configurations you create, including niches, prompts, art style preferences, voice selections, and generated content (scripts, images, audio, and videos). This data is necessary to provide the Service.

2.4 Third-Party Platform Data

TikTok

  • Data collected: Access token, refresh token, token expiry, Open ID
  • Scopes requested: user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish, video.list
  • Purpose: To upload and publish videos to your TikTok account
  • Data use: Used solely to publish content you explicitly create and approve
  • Retention: Deleted when you disconnect your account

Instagram (Meta)

  • Data collected: Access token, Instagram Business Account ID, token expiry
  • Scopes requested: instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement
  • Purpose: To publish Reels to your Instagram account
  • Data use: Used solely to publish content you explicitly create and approve
  • Retention: Deleted when you disconnect your account

YouTube (Google)

  • Data collected: Access token, refresh token, token expiry
  • Scopes requested: youtube.upload, youtube.readonly
  • Purpose: To upload Shorts to your YouTube channel
  • Data use: We use your YouTube credentials solely to upload video content (YouTube Shorts) that you have explicitly created and approved within AutoReels. We do not access, analyze, modify, or delete your existing YouTube videos, comments, analytics, or channel data. Users have full control over their YouTube integration and can revoke access at any time from their account settings or via the Google security settings page.
  • Retention: Tokens are deleted when you disconnect your account

2.5 Usage Data

We may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage behavior to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-powered video content
  • Publish video content to connected platforms only when explicitly initiated or scheduled by the user
  • Process payments and subscriptions
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Detect and prevent technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI-Generated Content

AutoReels uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate scripts, images, voiceovers, and rendered videos. User prompts are sent to these providers solely to generate requested content. We do not share personal account data with these providers.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

  • Service providers (database, payment processing, hosting, cloud infrastructure, and AI content generation providers)

14. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

AutoReels does not use, access, or store Google user data for any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the application, which is uploading video content (YouTube Shorts) on behalf of the user.

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

All Google user data is used only with the user's explicit consent and only for the duration necessary to provide the requested functionality.

15. Meta Platform — Data Use Disclosure

AutoReels' use of Instagram and Facebook data complies with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and the Meta Privacy Policy. Data obtained through Instagram APIs is used solely for publishing user-approved content and retrieving performance insights. Users can revoke access at any time from their Facebook Business Integrations settings.

16. TikTok — Data Use Disclosure

AutoReels' use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy. Data obtained through TikTok APIs is used solely for publishing user-approved content. Users can revoke access at any time from their TikTok app settings under "Manage app permissions."
