1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoReels ("the Service"), operated by AutoReels ("we," "us," or "our") at www.autoreels.co.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoReels is a SaaS platform that assists in the creation of short-form video content for social media. The Service:

  • Generates AI-powered scripts, images, voiceovers, and rendered videos based on your configurations
  • Allows you to connect your TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts to post videos
  • Provides scheduling and publishing to connected platforms
  • All video content created through AutoReels is AI-generated

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per person — duplicate or shared accounts may be terminated

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans

AutoReels offers subscription plans (Starter, Daily, and Hardcore) with varying limits on video generation, series, and preview generations. Plan details and pricing are displayed on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Plan quantity multipliers (1–10×) scale all limits linearly

4.3 Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a video generation fails due to a platform error, the preview credit is automatically refunded to your account.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You own the output content generated through AutoReels based on your configurations and prompts. However, you acknowledge that:

  • Content is generated by third-party AI models and may be subject to their respective terms
  • Similar content may be generated for other users who provide similar inputs
  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting. You agree not to use the Service to generate:

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content
  • Misinformation, disinformation, or deceptive content
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
  • Spam or content designed to manipulate platform algorithms

5.3 AI Content Disclosure

Videos created through AutoReels are AI-generated. You acknowledge that platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) may require disclosure of AI-generated content, and it is your responsibility to comply with each platform's content policies regarding synthetic or AI-generated media.

6. Third-Party Platform Integration

6.1 Connected Accounts

AutoReels allows you to connect your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to post content. By connecting a platform account, you:

  • Authorize AutoReels to post content on your behalf using the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow
  • Agree to comply with that platform's terms of service and community guidelines
  • Acknowledge that platform policies and availability may change without notice

6.2 Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that content posted through AutoReels complies with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including but not limited to:

You may disconnect any social media account at any time from your AutoReels dashboard. Upon disconnection, we revoke access tokens (where supported by the platform) and delete stored credentials from our systems.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to compete with AutoReels or build a similar product
  • Automate access to the Service beyond what is provided through our interface (no scraping or unauthorized API use)
  • Share or resell access to your account or subscription
  • Use the Service to circumvent rate limits, content policies, or restrictions of connected platforms

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance or updates
  • Third-party service outages (AI providers, hosting, platforms)
  • Unexpected technical issues

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, failed video generations, or failed posts to third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The AutoReels platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by AutoReels and protected by intellectual property laws
  • You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (custom prompts, configurations) and the AI-generated output content
  • We retain a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoReels and its team shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms (account restrictions, content removal, policy changes)
  • Inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful AI-generated content
  • Failure to post content due to platform API changes or limitations

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoReels, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you generate or post through the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party platform's terms or policies

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, except where required by law to retain it.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or non-infringing
  • Third-party platform integrations will remain functional indefinitely
  • Videos posted through the Service will not be flagged, removed, or restricted by platforms

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where practical, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoReels operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoReels regarding your use of the Service.
